Jade Tyler, BS, RD, is a Registered Dietitian who has devoted her career to helping individuals affected by all eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder) and disordered eating. Prior to joining A New Beginning, she worked at both the inpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care at eating disorder treatment centers, offering comprehensive nutritional care to each of her patients.
As a dietitian, Jade enjoys helping people identify the negative beliefs, emotions, and/or associations they have surrounding food, their weight, and their body, and then using nutritional interventions to respectfully and effectively guide them towards a healthy and loving relationship with food and their body. With a passion for offering individualized nutritional support, she is committed to helping each of her beloved clients find their personal “Loving Limits” with food. In addition to her passion for working with people affected by all types of eating disorders and disordered eating, Jade also specializes in teaching the principles of Intuitive Eating, challenging thoughts and behaviors associated with chronic dieting, and working with people pre- and post-bariatric surgery.
Jade’s warm and non-judgmental demeanor coupled with her creativity creates an emotionally safe and therapeutically effective environment for clients to explore and improve their relationship with food. She absolutely loves working alongside clients on an individual basis ~ offering customized care to meet their unique recovery needs. She also has a passion for leading nutritional groups and creating hands-on opportunities to engage with food in ways that inspire recovery.
Jade completed her Bachelor’s in Nutrition (Dietetics) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University.
