Trauma and Abuse Treatment

Full healing is possible.

Trauma changes how we see ourselves, others, and the world.

For those whose lives have been rocked by trauma, surviving a highly distressing and life-altering event(s) can be a deeply personal, oftentimes isolating, experience. For some, trauma may include repeated exposure to certain life events, such as childhood verbal, physical and/or sexual abuse; domestic violence; or bullying. For others, trauma may include a one-time, deeply jarring event, such as a natural disaster, military combat, or rape.

Regardless of the experience or how long ago it happened, trauma changes you.

Healing is Possible!

At A New Beginning we know that it is possible to fully resolve and completely heal from whatever traumatic event you have survived, and to eventually genuinely move forward with your life. This happens when you are able to restore a deep sense of safety in your body, your nervous system, and your mind.

Our team of trained trauma specialists have dedicated their careers to helping trauma survivors heal from painful past experiences, reclaim their sense of safety in the world, and create a life that feels so beautifully bright.
