Christina Caple, MS, RD

Registered Dietitian

Christina Caple, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian who is experienced in treating the full spectrum of eating disorders – with a special heart for adolescents and their families. Christina has spent nearly the last ten years working as the sole dietitian responsible for eating disorder treatment in an outpatient clinic. During that time, Christina had the opportunity to serve clients
with other health conditions, including pediatric feeding difficulties, maternal nutrition, diabetes, and a full spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders.

Having faced many of the same diagnoses as her clients, she has a unique understanding of the challenges you may be facing. Because of that, Christina’s first priority in patient care is building a relationship on trust, respect and empathy. You will find that individualized, patient-centered care is of utmost importance as Christina helps you reach your wellness goals. She believes in “food freedom” through intuitive eating and learning to love food and your body for all the beauty they hold.

Christina has been lovingly referred to as the “anti-dietitian” because of her deep love for chocolate and still learning-to-like most veggies. You can guarantee she will meet you where you are, lovingly encourage you, and celebrate every victory with you – no matter how big or small.

Christina is a Registered Dietitian in the state of Arizona. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She is a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and has completed training with Monash University for the dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Christina is also an adjunct professor and clinical preceptor at Paradise Valley Community College where she supervises and educates prospective Dietetic Technician students.
